Alec Beardall
Founder, Managing Partner, & CEO
Alec is the Founder & CEO of High Country Capital Partners. The opportunity of investing in multifamily was made known to Alec in his late teens as he watched his cousin Tyler Deveraux acquire apartments on the east coast. He realized the financial freedom it provided to Tyler and his investors, and was instantly hooked! Tyler personally moved Alec to the Island of Maui, Hawaii where he taught and mentored him Into the multifamily business. Alec credits a huge part of his success to the knowledge he received from Tyler’s personal mentorship and education program.
Today, Alec has bought 450+ apartment units, with values north of $40 Million.
From a very young age Alec has been an entrepreneur. He started a yard care business at the age of 10 that flourished in his community, employing many of his friends for 9 years, and later successfully sold and exited the business.
Outside of work he enjoys the outdoors – Hunting, four wheeling, snowboarding, fishing, and boating. Alec lives in Salem, Utah building his dream life, and helping the people around him do the same.

Managing Partner & CFO
Tim Beardall is a skilled accountant, auditor, & underwriter who develops efficient business processes with strong communication, analytical, time management, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Tim has worked in the technology, manufacturing, distribution, and government sectors bringing a wealth of knowledge and skills to the team. With Tim’s strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail, he is uniquely qualified to help investors and entrepreneurs looking to analyze the financial and economic viability of multifamily properties for High Country Capital Partners.

Tim received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA with emphasis in Strategy and Management. In his spare time, Tim can be found outdoors with his family hiking, fishing, hunting, exploring, or in his workshop creating wood and metal treasures.
